Who we are
MogEng Ltd is the controller of the personal information described here. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16785442, registered office 312 Marsh Road, Hilperton Marsh, Trowbridge, BA14 7PL. You can contact us about privacy at info@mogeng.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form or email us, we receive the information you choose to give us, which may include:
- • your name, email address and phone number
- • details of your vehicle and project, your budget range and timescale
- • anything else you include in your message
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to produce anonymous visitor statistics. Our website does not use cookies or third party tracking.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project, prepare a proposal or quotation, and carry out any work you commission. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your information or add it to marketing lists.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered by email. Our website and email are hosted by IONOS, and our email is also managed through Google. These providers process data on our behalf. If you commission work, we may share relevant project details with suppliers or fabricators where needed to deliver it, and with our accountant for business records. We will not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to two years after our last contact, unless it leads to work. Records relating to work we carry out are kept for as long as needed for our legal and accounting obligations, normally six years.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred. To make a request, email info@mogeng.co.uk.
