No off-the-shelf solutions here. Every battery pack is engineered from the ground up to fit the specific dimensions, weight targets and performance requirements of your vehicle. Whether it's a single mono-block or a complex split-pack arrangement across the transmission tunnel, boot and front bay, the design is dictated entirely by your car.
We work with high-quality automotive-grade EV modules — the same chemistry found in modern production EVs. Cell selection is matched to your energy density requirements, discharge rate and thermal characteristics, ensuring longevity and consistent performance under real-world driving conditions.
Every pack is paired with a sophisticated Battery Management System that monitors individual cell voltages, temperatures and state of charge. Balancing, over-charge, over-discharge and short-circuit protection are all engineered in as standard — safety is never an afterthought.
Precision fabrication. Factory-quality integration.

Motor mounting is one of the most safety-critical aspects of any EV conversion. We design and fabricate bespoke steel or aluminium cradles and mounting brackets that locate the motor precisely within the engine bay, maintaining the correct driveline angles and ensuring the loads are transferred correctly into the vehicle's structure.
Your vehicle's handling was engineered with specific suspension geometry in mind. Our mounting solutions are designed to preserve those characteristics, avoiding the introduction of stresses or misalignment that could compromise ride quality or safety.
Fabrication quality matters not just structurally but aesthetically. Our cradles are finished to a standard you'd expect from an OEM component — clean welds, proper surface treatment and a professional appearance under the bonnet.
High-voltage expertise. Low-voltage precision.
Designing a safe and reliable HV system requires deep understanding of EV electrical architecture. We design and install the full high-voltage circuit — including contactors, pre-charge systems, HV interlock loops, manual service disconnects and fusing — to meet industry best practice and ensure the system is safe to work on and operate.
Modern EV powertrains communicate over CAN bus networks. We design the low-voltage control architecture that interfaces between the driver inputs, inverter, BMS, charger and ancillaries — ensuring all systems communicate correctly and the vehicle behaves as expected in every operating mode.
We integrate both AC on-board chargers and DC fast-charge capability depending on the project brief. Charge port design, inlet placement, cable routing and vehicle-side charging protocols are all considered as part of a complete charging solution.
Right motor. Right inverter. Right result.
Motor selection is driven by your specific performance targets — not by what's easiest to fit. We analyse your vehicle's weight, aerodynamic drag, rolling resistance and target 0–60 times to size the motor and inverter correctly, ensuring you get the performance you're paying for without over-specifying and wasting budget.
We work with a range of proven EV motor technologies including AC induction motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors, each with their own characteristics in terms of efficiency, peak power and thermal behaviour. We'll specify the right technology for your use case.
Connecting an EV motor to your existing gearbox (or replacing it entirely) requires a precision-machined adaptor plate and flexible coupling. We design these components specifically for each combination, ensuring correct alignment, vibration isolation and appropriate torque capacity.
Structural integrity. Thermal management. Total safety.

Both the battery pack and the motor/inverter generate heat that must be managed to maintain performance and longevity. We design and install liquid cooling circuits — pumps, heat exchangers, coolant routing — tailored to the thermal load of your specific drivetrain, ensuring everything runs at its optimal temperature regardless of conditions.
EV conversions often result in a significant change in vehicle weight and performance characteristics. We assess the braking system and specify upgrades where required, including brake booster solutions to replace the vacuum assistance previously provided by the combustion engine, ensuring safe and predictable stopping performance.
Safely housing large battery packs often requires careful structural modification of the vehicle's floor, transmission tunnel or boot area. All structural work is engineered to maintain the vehicle's crash integrity and rigidity, with full consideration of the loads introduced by the battery mass.
Concept to commissioning. We're with you throughout.
Every project starts with a conversation. We'll assess your vehicle, understand your goals and provide an honest feasibility evaluation — including expected range, performance, weight impact and cost — so you can make an informed decision before committing to a build.
For customers who want to do their own build, we offer a full design and engineering package — CAD models, wiring schematics, component specifications and build instructions — giving you everything you need to execute the conversion yourself with confidence.
For full-build projects, we manage the entire process from component procurement through to final commissioning, testing and sign-off. We don't hand you a set of keys until we're completely satisfied the vehicle is safe, reliable and performing to specification.
Whether you're at the concept stage or ready to build, we'd love to hear about your project. Get in touch and let's explore what's possible.
